Value-Added Real Estate Acquisitions

Vintage Real Estate is primarily focused on the acquisition of underperforming regional malls, big-box power centers, and grocery anchored neighborhood centers. We seek “value-add” properties that are not achieving their full potential and under-serve the local customer base due to a lack of modernization and proper tenant mix. Our business model aims to remedy these inefficiencies through strategic capital deployment and aggressive re-tenanting. We will consider nationwide investment opportunities ranging from as little as $10 million to upwards of $500 million.

Although our core focus is existing retail properties, we will also consider purchasing developable land, incomplete projects of which construction has already commenced, and other asset classes that offer a “value-add component.”

Vintage also has extensive experience purchasing performing and non-performing notes secured by real estate.
