Vintage Real Estate is a private investment firm founded by real estate industry veteran, Fred Sands, who serves as Chairman. Mr. Sands is a leader in commercial real estate development and ownership. Our highly experienced executive team is led by former Westfield executives, including Brenton Watson, President; Keith Laird, Executive Vice President; and Oscar Parra, Vice President of Finance, who bring a wealth of invaluable knowledge and expertise in retail property acquisitions and management.

Vintage is headquartered in Los Angeles, California and focuses on the direct acquisition and redevelopment of malls and other “value-add” retail property nationwide. Over the past six months, we have acquired or have entered under contract to purchase over one million square feet of retail space. Vintage maintains a strong track record of renovating and repositioning retail properties.

We are actively increasing the size of our retail portfolio. In addition, we will consider purchasing office, industrial, multi-family, and hotel properties that offer a “value-add” opportunity.
